Become a Host Parent for International Students!
INQUIRY
After you complete the inquiry form, an AUSA International Consulting Group staff member will contact you to schedule a phone screening to see if there are homestay programs available in your area. If there are currently no programs in your area, we will retain your information and reach out to you once an opportunity to match you with a student arises. AUSA is always looking for new opportunities for potential host parents.
Application
After the phone interview, you will receive a unique link to the host family application. Our team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have while completing the application, ensuring we provide safe and comfortable homestays for our students.
BACKGROUND CHECK AND HOME VISIT
We will conduct background checks on all household members aged 18 and older. We will then schedule a virtual visit to your home to meet your family and see where a potential student would be living. During this visit, we will take photos and create a hosting profile to share with potential students and their families, helping them get to know you better.
